Construction has recently been completed at Starbucks Bedford. This scheme comprised the design and construction of a new coffee outlet with drive thru facility and electric car charging outlets including associated car parking, external works, mains services, landscaping, drainage and fencing.
The project included the erection of a new Drive Thru coffee shop (Starbucks) measuring approximately 1500sqft and associated external works including the formation of a new access off the internal estate road, new drive thru lane, car parking including EV charging spaces, installation of new sub-station and EV charging hub, new incoming services and drainage and on site / off site soft landscaping works. The proposed coffee outlet site lies to the east of Unit 2, used previously as the site operations compound for the recently completed Bedford Link Logistics Park.
