With over 30 years experience in complete constructional detailing and design co-ordination of industrial, commercial and retail projects. Mark coordinates with both internal and external stakeholders and is a vital member of our architectural team.
Amy is a vital part of the construction team; Hinton Design & Build. She is responsible for the administrative support to facilitate day-to-day operations, managing the phones & regular enquiries that come through as well as a personal assistant to the construction directors.
Joining in 2012 straight from University, Lycia is a vital member of the development team. She leads on taking new sites through the planning process as well as the technical side of meeting planning criteria. Lycia will see our projects through to commencement of construction and plays an integral part in directing the design team to produce whats needed to be successful in planning.
Over 35 year's experience delivering projects from the tender stage through to the build completion. Noels’ fresh approach to our ongoing and upcoming construction projects is underpinned by his wealth of knowledge and construction industry experience.
David heads up our architectural team covering all aspects of design and coordination from inception to completion. He has worked in architectural practice for over 35 years and is experienced in commercial, industrial, retail, residential and leisure projects.
Working closely with the directors, Kimberley has a multifaceted role managing the company online and offline marketing including the website, social media and content creation. In addition she is responsible for the organisation and smooth running of the head office whilst also assisting with the monthly bookkeeping.
With over 45 years of experience within the design and construction industry, property development and a specialised focus on business development and strategy – Andy likes to keep in direct contact with day to day construction activities and development opportunities.
During the start of his career James gained experience in the construction and property industry working for Drivers Jonas and Knight Frank. Taking over the family run business in 2004, James has taken Hinton Group from strength to strength and has worked hard to build trust and rapport with partners, stake holders and fostering longterm relationships with employees.
Hayley has been with the company since it's inception, she manages the company accounts and payroll.
A quantity surveyor with over 20 years experience in different sectors of the construction industry, has recently joined Hinton Design And Build. He has taken on the role of Commercial Director and will collaborate closely with the existing supply chain, offering his wealth of knowledge in estimating, commercial affairs, and contractual issues.
Having spent the first stretch of his career in commercial agency practices in Birmingham, Jon joined Hinton Group in 2014. Jon is the foundation of our development team who leads on the legal and financial aspects of all development projects as well as site finding and negotiating with landowners and occupiers.
Fergal graduated with a degree in construction management and now has 5 years’ experience in the industry. His daily role will include supporting the construction director, offering strength to the team, and bringing a young and fresh approach.
