A new 68-bed Travelodge hotel with an integrated 5,000 sq ft ground floor retail and leisure unit. The works will also include delivery of an extensive public realm, comprising an events space, water feature, soft landscaping and informal seating. Hinton Group have undertaken the design and are acting as development manager on behalf of Telford and Wrekin Council.
