Corinthian Park: Granted planning permission

After huge perseverance, we are pleased to announce Hinton Group has been granted planning permission for Corinthian Park, our grade A office scheme in Cheltenham. The first phase of the development will consist of a Costa Coffee Drive Thru, Aldi UK food store and Happy Days Nurseries & Pre-Schools day nursery, the construction of which will commence in the coming months. We hope these complimentary occupiers, coupled with the offices accessible location and high quality, flexible design, will lay the foundation for what will result in Cheltenham’s prime business park.
