Hinton Group is bringing forward exciting proposals for a modern business park, atland between Roman Way and Copcut Boulevard, part of the Copcut Rise residential development site. Following extensive consultation with the public, local stakeholders, and our advisers we have now secured consent from Wychavon District Council, and are onsite delivering Phase 1 which incorporates a Costa Coffee Drive Thru, together with a Sainsburys’ Local convenience store. As part of the plans, and for the first time within their convenience store portfolio,Sainsburys’ are delivering 4 twin Ultra Rapid EV chargers via their own EV company, Smart Charge.
The proposed Copcut Business Park site is located at land between Roman Way and Copcut Boulevard and is part of the wider Copcut Rise residential development which includes allocations for retail space and employment uses.
Given the allocation for the site was made some time ago, Hinton Group has taken expert advice from Worcestershire Property Consultants, GJS Dillon and Harris Lamb, in order to evolve a mix of uses that responds to market demand and expectation.
