Corinthian Park: Started on site

We are delighted to announce Hinton Group completed on the forward funding of our mixed use scheme at Corinthian Park with Aberdeen Standard Investments last week. Hinton Design & Build, our in house construction team, started construction of the Aldi UK Foodstore, Costa Coffee Drive Thru and Little Pioneers children’s day nursery this Monday with PC targeted for July 2021. Thanks go to Lodders Solicitors LLP, Franck-Steier Price and Zesta Planning Ltd for getting what turned out to be a very complex deal over the line during these difficult times.

We believe with the delivery of these complementary users, together with the improvements underway to the A40, which links to both northbound and southbound directions of the M5, Corinthian Park will become Cheltenham’s premier out of town office park. We have planning consent in place for over 100,000 sq ft of B1 space and can deliver buildings to occupiers’ bespoke specifications.
