The first newly built hotel in Paignton for 35 years which the planners hope will start the regeneration of Paignton. Nearly 18 months of consultation with Local Authority has lead to a new 92 bedroom hotel being built on the site of the old Middlepark hotel. The design encompassing period features in keeping with the local surroundings.
